Responsibilities
Deliver personalised service from enquiry to contract, maximising conversion and client satisfaction
Ensure smooth operations through accurate documentation, effective communication, and hotel promotion
Support revenue goals through tailored sales, accurate forecasting, client follow-ups, and financial coordination
Support commercial operations through collaboration, reporting, training, and departmental activities
Assist in ensuring accuracy, team alignment via data management, financial compliance, and regular planning and brand support
About You
Have at least 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
A motivated admin guru who is physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area
Hotel-savvy with 1–3 years' experience and strong insight into hospitality operations
Love events or reservations? That's a must Group experience is a bonus, not a deal breaker
Polished, curious, and a natural at sales, market trends and administration.
