Premier Banking Relationship Manager
About the Role:
You will be responsible for managing complex relationships with high net worth clients. You will work closely with these clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage sophisticated client relationships through regular contact and follow-up.
* Conduct quality financial health checks and maintain strong market awareness.
* Proactively identify and anticipate client financial needs.
* Provide innovative financial service solutions including lending and investment options.
* Drive and grow client acquisition and referrals from existing portfolios.
* Solve complex problems and resolve client needs personally.
* Collaborate with specialists to refer clients to appropriate experts.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years experience in mortgage/lending products services.
* Experience in sales roles with diversified product offerings.
* Passionate customer service managers.
* Committed relationship oriented individuals.
* Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Certificate IV accreditation in lending or similar preferred.
* FSRA Tier 2 accreditation, including Deposit Products and General Insurance preferred.
