About the Role
Based in Braeside, you’ll represent a respected brand known for quality, reliability. You’ll build strong relationships with funeral homes, coffin manufacturers, and service providers—offering tailored solutions that meet both operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships across VIC and interstate.
- Promote our range of funeral products.
- Provide consultative support with professionalism and emotional intelligence
- Identify growth opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Attend industry events, client meetings, and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Use CRM tools to manage client interactions, enter orders, and support fulfilment process with accuracy and efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven sales experience (funeral industry experience preferable but not essential)
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Empathy, discretion, and professionalism in sensitive environments
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel regionally and interstate
