About the Opportunity
Our client, a large organization located in the Western Suburbs, is seeking a hands-on, energetic, and technically savvy individual to join their high-performing team within a major global contract.
1. Identify and communicate strategic opportunities for accounts with senior management.
2. Align and leverage efforts and strategy with Global & Regional account management teams.
3. Develop and direct the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and work standards.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts.
5. Conduct regular internal operational reviews with internal stakeholders.
6. Manage customer service issues and complaints.
7. Ensure timely and accurate advice by managing individual service levels.
8. Partner with customers to redevelop and execute GTM strategy, ensuring supply chain execution supports success.
About You
1. Experience in 3PL Account Management roles.
2. Experience managing large sales accounts.
3. Customer service oriented with the ability to build strong rapport.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
6. Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Ability to communicate, coordinate, implement, and manage change within a large organization.
8. Solid knowledge of supply chain/logistics systems (WMS, TMS) and practices.
