Disaster Recovery Team Lead
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Disaster Recovery Team in providing strategic leadership and advanced clinical expertise during times of mass trauma.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in supporting communities through recovery after disaster. You will provide leadership in strategic and operational service planning and delivery, oversee human resource management, and foster a supportive team culture.
This role involves leading and managing a small multidisciplinary mental health team to deliver high-quality services. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and outcomes for individuals, families, and carers.
To be successful in this role, you will require a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, registration with AHPRA, a Class "C" motor vehicle licence, and demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and experience in complex contemporary practice standards.
