As a Groundskeeper your attentiveness, efficiency and commitment will ensure the hotel remains an enjoyable travel destination.Hourly Rate: $25.72What you will do:Ensure assigned work area is free of debrisSafely operate mowers, basic hand and power toolsRepair or replace irrigation systemsReplace plant material as directedTrim foliage and mow lawns as directedControl weed or insect population with appropriate toolsMay be required to spray chemicals for weed or insect controlClean parking area, driveways and pathways as assignedEnsure that overall cleanliness and maintenance of our resort exceeds expectations.Organize time so all side work is completed according to shift demandQualificationsYour experience and skills include:One year previous experience in a similar roleMust be able to speak, read, write and understand the English languageRequires good communication skills, both verbal and writtenMust be able to read and write to facilitate the communication processMust be service oriented and capable of communicating effectively with persons involved in all levels of authority, both internally and externallyYour working environment:Work tasks are performed outdoors.
