The Role
The Queensland Sales Manager is responsible for achieving growth in line with assigned sales targets through execution of sales strategies and account management. The focus is on driving adoption, ensuring smooth onboarding, and building long-term customer success across the real estate sector
Major Responsibilities
 * Develop and implement a state sales plan to sell Rello payment services and generate gross transactional value (GTV)
 * Deliver against sales plans and meet annual GTV (gross transactional value) and account management targets within assigned territory/accounts.
 * Deliver rolling 3-month forecasts of GTV, funding needs, and Agency onboarding.
 * Deliver the onboarding and implementation process for new agency customers,
 * Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring accounts are fully maximised and customers understand the value proposition.
 * Promote the success of Rello
 * Maintain professional and technical knowledge
 * Exercise independent judgement, reasonable care, skill and diligence
 * Key Objectives
 * You will execute the account management strategy to ensure accounts are fully maximised.
 * You will deliver the account implementation and onboarding process for all new signed Agencies
 * You will forecast your state sales activity and revenue, as well as researching relevant targets to develop lead lists and identify new sales opportunities
 * Own and meet/exceed annual sales and account management targets within your assigned territory and accounts
 * Deliver against the company strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
 * Build and maintain strong long lasting customer relationships
 * Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
 * Communicate value proposition
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
 * Proven sales executive experience within the Real Estate Industry (Software selling)
 * Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or account manager
 * Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation
 * Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
 * Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
 * Ability to position products against competitors
 * Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
