PRIMARY DETAIL Customer-focused Health & Fitness Instructor delivering group training, member support, and facility upkeep at a leading university sports centre MUSC. The Role The Health & Fitness Instructor role requires you to be customer focused at all times and use your industry expertise and training to provide exceptional service to our members in a professional and timely manner. Duties Drive engagement by using member retention tools and providing exceptional customer service. Deliver premium group training sessions, gym inductions, provide members with advice, and enforce gym etiquette. Perform cleaning duties as required, report maintenance issues, and complete administration tasks via CRM software. Assist with member enquiries and escalate complaints where necessary. Available for opening, closing, and weekend shifts. Skills & experience Certificate IV in Fitness or recognised tertiary education equivalent. Demonstrated experience as a Fitness Instructor with a proven ability for high-level exercise prescription and small group training. Additional accreditation in specialised programming/training desirable but not essential. Exercise Professional Registration. This role requires a Working with Children Check, current First Aid & CPR. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
