Experience
Applicants should have:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience supporting and coordinating recruitment processes in a medium to large organization
* Previous experience with online recruitment tools and advertising platforms
* Demonstrated ability to prepare compelling job advertisements and other recruitment materials
