In this role, you'll:
Develop and implement training frameworks, conduct competency assessments, and deliver workshops that strengthen technical capability across engineering disciplines.
You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, evaluate training effectiveness, and maintain systems that support continuous skills development. This is an opportunity to shape competency standards, influence industry capability, and contribute to safer, more efficient infrastructure delivery.
You will pioneer improvements in competency development and training delivery in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment balancing technical diversity, compliance requirements, and evolving industry standards.

About you
Your training expertise, analytical mindset, and stakeholder engagement skills formed across engineering, technical training, and competency management roles will see you excel in designing frameworks, overcoming challenges in process maturity, and bringing structured approaches that lead to improved capability and compliance.
You’re recognised as a trusted advisor and facilitator, skilled at developing and delivering technical training programs, experienced in competency assurance, risk-based training needs analysis, and driving continuous improvement across diverse portfolios.
You also hold a current Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
