Job Description:
An OSHC Coordinator oversees a team of educators responsible for designing engaging programs for primary-age children. This role involves developing and facilitating child-centered initiatives, fostering relationships with children, schools, communities, and parents, leading teams, and managing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and facilitate innovative programs incorporating STEM, sports, cooking, art, and craft activities.

* Lead a team of educators onsite, including roster management and performance monitoring.
