An exciting opportunity is available to join the friendly and high-performing team at LJ Hooker Terrigal as a Property Manager.
This role is well suited to a Junior Property Manager looking to step up, however we are open to hearing from Property Managers of all experience levels who are looking for a supportive environment, a manageable portfolio, and long-term growth.
You’ll be managing a small but growing residential portfolio, with clear growth plans in place — meaning the role has genuine scope to grow as the business expands.
What you’ll be doing
No two days are the same. You’ll be involved in:
* Managing a small and growing residential portfolio
* Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Coordinating repairs and maintenance
* Conducting routine inspections and entry/exit reports
* Managing lease renewals and rent reviews
* Working closely with senior team members for support and guidance
* Using modern property management systems and automation
* Participating in weekly team meetings, mentoring, and ongoing training
As the portfolio grows, your responsibilities and career progression will grow with it.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about property management:
* Property management or real estate experience (junior to experienced)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Current real estate certificate or willingness to obtain
* NSW driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
* Confident using technology or keen to learn modern systems
