You will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, contributing to menu development, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook high‐quality dishes in accordance with the menu and standards set by the Head Chef.
* Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring efficient operation and timely service.
* Assist in the development and planning of menus, including seasonal offerings.
* Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and work areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management, ensuring minimal waste.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef and other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high‐volume kitchen.
* Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Excellent cooking skills and a passion for food presentation.
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast‐paced environment.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
