**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, unpacking containers, storage, and distribution of furniture products.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage inventory control, conduct regular audits, and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring proper functioning and scheduling maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
- Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or disputes that may arise.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the furniture industry.
- Relevant Ticket Qualifications with EWP, Stock Picker and Forklift Licenses.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment when necessary.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Pay: $53,955.69 - $108,803.68 per year
Schedule:

- Overtime
