My client, a government organisation is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant responsible for delivering an end-to-end recruitment service to the business. The role will partner with key stakeholders to develop strategic plans to proactively source, attract and maintain a pipeline of talent. Ideally you will have experience with end-to-end recruitment in a diverse, white-collar workplace.
**Responsibilities**
- Effective stakeholder management of the recruitment service including maintaining a working relationship with business leaders
- Conduct confidential interviews and follow-up references
- Continuously work on ways to improve the hiring process; find innovative ways to seek out talent and maximize efficiency of the assessment process
- Various other Ad Hoc duties such as assessment centres
- Maintaining recruitment data and records
**Selection criteria**
- Minimum 2 years white collar recruitment experience
- Demonstrated ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve goals and provide high quality service.
- Experience and success working with senior stakeholders in a complex and transforming organisation
- Excellent conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and business requirements
