Job Title
The primary purpose of this role is to support the development and implementation of effective human resources frameworks, policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a highly engaged and committed workforce.
This includes working closely with senior management to identify, develop, and implement solutions across a range of human resources functions including workforce planning, performance management, industrial/employee relations, development, and training.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement key change management strategies and services to improve staff and business performance.
* Collaborate with the Human Resources team to provide guidance and support on HR-related matters.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
Extensive generalist HR experience at the management level or as a business partner.
Sound knowledge of the National Employment Standards and relevant legislation and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to build relationships and influence a range of stakeholders.
Strong experience in interpreting modern awards and providing pragmatic solutions.
Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
