Role Summary
This critical Training and Development Specialist role is integral to the success of our operations.
The primary objective of this position is to ensure that operational employees and contractors possess the necessary skills to perform their roles safely and efficiently, thereby meeting all relevant safety compliance obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SUPPORTING THE TEAM IN ACHIEVING LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT OUTCOMES
2. CONTRIBUTING TO TRAINING NEEDS IDENTIFICATION WITH THE PROJECT TEAM
3. DELIVERING EFFECTIVE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS
4. EVALUATING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AGAINST ROLE-BASED TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
5. DESIGNING AND DEVELOPING TRAINING CONTENT
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* CERTIFICATE IV IN TRAINING AND ASSESSMENT
* AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE
* ABILITY TO WORK IN A HIGH-VOLUME ENVIRONMENT
* EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
