About the Role
* Service and clean guest rooms ensuring that rooms are immaculately presented to facility standards and as required.
* Follow all OHS requirements and standards for the workplace including handling amenities, chemicals and equipment
* To maintain a safe, efficient and harmonious workplace.
* To always maintain work areas in a neat and tidy state.
* Maintain professional and respectful relationships with hotel management and guests
* Assist with other housekeeping and cleaning duties as required
About you
* You're an energetic, passionate individual with experience as a Cleaner/Room Attendant or alternatively you're someone with a great attitude and willingness to learn, as training will be provided to the right candidates
* You're willing to go the extra mile to provide a memorable guest experience
* You ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene for your guests
* You enjoy working with people and love being part of a team of individuals who serves and cares about others
* You work fast and thoroughly with excellent attention to detail
* You're professional, respectful and have excellent communication and customer service skills
* You have good time management and organisational skills
* You're able to follow direction and work independently
* You know how to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
* You have flexibility to work across a 7 -day shift arrangement. Shifts are 4-6 hrs.
* A Police check is required .
