As a Support Technician - Civil, you will be responsible for supporting customers with machine system installations, diagnostics, and maintenance with a focus on Machine Control Systems. You'll ensure that Aptella retains a strong market position while delivering high levels of customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Install and maintain machine control systems and site infrastructure.
- Provide training and technical support to customers.
- Manage support cases and update D365 records.
- Participate in continuous learning to improve technical skills.
- Assist with exhibitions and other industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.

- Experience in survey, machine control, or design/engineering is desirable.
