We are seeking friendly Customer Service representatives for administrative tasks in an office-based role, including managing emails, phone calls, assisting with accounts, and liaising with customers.
What this means for you:
1. Steady employment on an ongoing basis
2. Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
3. $37.52 per hour, plus penalty rates for weekends, public holidays, and overtime
4. This is an ongoing casual position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate
Role:
1. Interact confidently with customers and clients in person and over the phone
2. Perform administrative tasks, including managing emails, phone calls, and assisting with invoicing and sales
3. Ensure compliance with industry and company policies
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
1. Experience: Strong administration and accounts processing skills and experience
2. Appearance: Well presented and punctual
3. Computer skills: Proficient with multiple software packages
4. Customer Service: Confident telephonic skills and customer service presence
5. Teamwork & Customer Interaction: Friendly, approachable, and able to work in a team environment
6. Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and healthy, able to pass medical and drug/alcohol screening
7. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
8. Residency: Reside within 30 minutes of Canning Vale with reliable transportation
9. Work Rights: Must have unrestricted Australian work rights, as this is a long-term role
