We're currently expanding our team in the Moreton Bay region and are looking for compassionate, capable, and team-focused Disability Support Workers who bring both heart and professionalism to their work.
About the Role
You'll play a critical role in enriching the daily lives of participants through in-home supports, community access, respite and Supported Independent Living.

What We're Looking For
Experience and/or qualifications in disability and/or mental health support
New to the sector?
That's okay—if you bring the right attitude, we'll walk with you
Current Yellow Card, Blue Card, CPR/First Aid certification, and Medication Assistance Certification (required)
A driver's licence (essential)
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, especially in challenging situations
A "no drama", collaborative attitude and genuine love for working with people
