Workplace Operations Assistant
The Workplace Operations Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workplace facilities. This position involves providing exceptional support to our team and clients, while maintaining a safe and functional working environment.
* Comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our quality standards.
* Support the Workplace Manager and team in various tasks, including event coordination and AV support.
* Handle ad-hoc requests from the business and team members, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
* Assist with new starter packs, inductions, and staff lockers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
* Coordinate reactive and scheduled maintenance, liaising with contractors and vendors as needed.
* Manage meeting room equipment, collaborate with catering for a seamless Front of House experience, and provide technical AV support for internal and external events.
* Procure stationery, office equipment, and consumables, managing finances and inventory effectively.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure SHEQ compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong customer service focus and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
