The RegistryConnect Program Aims To Deliver Secure, Reliable, And Efficient Registry Services That Support Australia's Economy. Its Five Strategic Objectives Are
* Stabilise ASIC Registry technology to enhance security, reliability, and performance
* Modernise registers, user channels, and interfaces
* Improve data quality and integrity, including integration of new datasets
* Enable better outcomes through policy and law reform
* Build lasting capabilities for future change
The role
ASIC is seeking an experienced
Change Analyst
to collaborate with Project and Change Managers to plan and coordinate the delivery of Registry Connect initiatives.
Responsibilities Will Include
* Coordinate change and communications activities for projects within set timeframes
* Deliver change products for project and work initiatives
* Support stakeholders with impact assessments, analysis, and communications
* Align with change, learning, and communications teams to ensure consistency
* Help embed change through clear outcomes with the readiness team
* Monitor change deliverables to meet governance, planning, and risk requirements
* Assist with rollout of change and readiness tools across the program
* Apply ASIC's change management framework and methodologies
About You
You will ideally have the following skills & experience in a corporate or government environment:
* Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
* Experience as a change analyst in a large enterprise environment
* Project management experience and Prosci certification highly regarded
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder relationship building
* Clear business writing and verbal communication across audiences
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
