* Sydney or Melbourne based location. Other locations considered
* $97,401 - $105,099 (depending on experience) + 15.4% superannuation
* 24-month Fixed Term Contract position

The team

Digital, Data and Technology – Digital drives excellence in regulatory operations by supporting core business systems and processes. The team develops and maintains ASIC's key platforms, including the CRM, Regulatory Portal, Search, and associated data and document repositories.

The role

This role is to provide product analyst services focusing on ASIC's external portal and transactions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

* Collaborating with Product Managers and Product Owners to understand ASIC's business processes and operational needs
* Engaging with business SMEs, project representatives and IT teams to gather requirements and document regulatory processes and procedures
* Working with team members to identify enhancement needs and document solution approaches
* Managing enhancements and project‐driven technical changes to address business requirements
* Contributing to projects and programs that impact the One ASIC systems
* Ensuring approved changes and enhancements align with One ASIC design principles
* Coordinating UAT and PVT and supporting business testers during execution

About You

A successful applicant should possess many or all of the following:

* Relevant bachelor's degree and/or experience in gathering, documenting and analysing business requirements
* Proven ability to engage business users, understand needs and identify process‐improvement opportunities
* Ability to quickly learn ASIC systems and technologies (Episerver/Optimizely, iApply, Outsystems, Boomi, Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar)
* Strong capability in writing and analysing requirements, solving complex issues, documenting solutions and preparing user guides
* Strong verbal and written communication skills (editing/proofreading advantageous)
* Ability to manage tasks efficiently, adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and deliver quality outcomes
* Sound understanding of ASIC's regulatory and operational processes, or ability to rapidly acquire this knowledge
* Beneficial experience as a Business Analyst and/or in external‐facing transaction/form development and maintenance
