As volumes grow and retail partnerships expand, we are investing in operational leadership to support structured, profitable growth. We are hiring a Head of Production & Operations to lead and own our supply chain and operational function. This is a senior leadership role responsible for how product is delivered - from factory negotiation through to freight strategy, inventory planning and wholesale compliance.
You will be accountable for:
* Leading commercial negotiations with manufacturing partners
* Protecting margin through disciplined sourcing and freight strategy
* Owning production timelines post bulk approval
* Aligning inventory buys with sales forecasts
* Strengthening compliance with major global retailers
* Building clear cashflow visibility across production commitments
* Leading warehouse and fulfilment operations
* Implementing structured operational reporting
This role holds full accountability for operational performance, margin protection and supply chain stability.
We are looking for:
* 8+ years in apparel Production, Supply Chain or Operations leadership
* Strong wholesale and high-volume experience
* Proven factory negotiation and sourcing capability
* Commercial fluency with margin and working capital
* A structured, commercially disciplined leadership approach
