Whatyou canexpect in a day in this role?
This role will support varied aspects of Front Office operations. In this role you willbe responsible forassistingthe Front Office team in providing all guest services, such as: guest check in / check out; making and amending reservations; booking and confirming internal and external tours; updating guest profiles;assistingwith luggage and valet parking.
What you will bring to the role:
* Two years minimum experience in the Hotel industry within Front Office/Reservations (ideally as a Guest Service Agent)
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure with a positive demeanour
* A currentfull manualdriverslicence
* A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
* A flexible approach to working hours over a 7-day roster including weekends, publicholidaysand evening shifts
* Experience with hotel reservations software RMS or similar
