Position Overview: The Marketing & PR Manager will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the companys mission and goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the company's vision and objectives. Lead and execute high-priority marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement. Manage the companys digital presence, including social media platforms, email marketing, and the website. Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, community partners, and education stakeholders to increase brand reach. Create compelling, audience-focused content that resonates with educators, schools, and other key audiences. Analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights to improve outcomes. Ensure consistency in the companys messaging across all platforms, working collaboratively with internal teams. Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and best practices to ensure the company remains innovative and competitive.
What Were Looking For: 3+ years of experience in marketing, PR, or communications. Proven ability to develop and execute successful campaigns from start to finish. Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, email marketing, website management). Strong content creation skills, including social media management, copywriting, and storytelling. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with media, community partners, and stakeholders. Analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness and refine strategies. Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
