Heavy Diesel Mechanic Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our team in the field service role. As a Heavy Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on heavy earth moving gear such as haul trucks, diggers, drills, and ancillary equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete major and minor repair work, breakdowns, servicing, diagnostics, component change outs etc.
* Support site requirements for short-term coverage & planned shutdowns across various regions.
* Offer flexible fly-in-fly-out rosters from 2/1, 3/1, 4/1, 4/2 or longer.
Requirements:
* Australian/NZ Trade Certificate
* Mobile plant experience on OEM equipment - CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi etc.
* Manual Driver's License
* National Police Clearance
* Ability to pass a full medical, drug and alcohol test
* Full work rights in Australia
* Effective communication and a solid work attitude
