Parkwood Hardware located in Canning Vale is looking to appoint a Part Time Accounts/Admin Assistant to join our busy team.
Responsibilities
* Answering incoming phone calls and directing calls as required.
* Greeting customers and visitors.
* Monitoring emails.
* Administrative support.
* Accounts payable & receivable assistance.
* Creditor reconciliations.
* Filing/archiving.
* Preparation of client quotes.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
* Plumbing knowledge would also be a distinct advantage.
* Willing to train the right person.
* Triumph Accounting experience an advantage.
