Their Melbourne flagship launched in 2024 and has already become a destination in its own right. With multiple new projects scheduled for 2026 and interstate expansion on the horizon, they are searching for a driven, commercially minded General Manager to lead operations and help scale the business nationally. This is more than just a GM role. In the short term, you’ll stabilise and elevate the flagship venue, ensuring structure, accountability and profitability. From there, you’ll step into the group’s expansion pipeline, playing a hands on role in pre openings and launches, before growing into a group level leadership position overseeing multiple venues across Australia.
