About the Role
As our Client Service Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations across multiple sites on the Sunshine Coast and Northern Brisbane. This isn't a desk job—you'll be on the road, training and mentoring a culturally diverse cleaning team to ensure they deliver outstanding results. We're looking for someone ready to get their hands dirty, lead by example and foster a culture of quality and safety.
What You'll Do
* Train, mentor and motivate cleaning staff and subcontractors to uphold high standards
* Oversee completion of specialised cleaning tasks such as steam carpet cleaning, strip & seal, high‐pressure cleaning, floor scrubbing and window washing
* Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance and workplace health and safety regulations
* Support the Operations Manager with new site start‐ups and staff inductions
* Conduct random inspections and audits on‐site to maintain excellence
* Communicate effectively with the team and management to resolve any issues
What We're Looking For
* At least 2 years' experience in commercial cleaning, including skills with strip & seal, carpet cleaning, high‐pressure cleaning and buffing
* Strong knowledge of cleaning equipment such as auto scrubbers and high‐pressure cleaners
* A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to multiple sites
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with an eye for detail and time management
* Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and take initiative
