To support the Asia Pacific People & Culture team in the delivery of exceptional end-to-end employee experience, from driving data insights, reporting needs, and supporting the delivery of BAU and strategic projects.
Primary Role Support the Revantage APAC payroll and HR operations. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual people reporting. Build and process reports according to standardized schedules and respond to ad-hoc people reporting requests. Coordinate the organization and implementation of onboarding process for all new starters, including hiring manager liaison regarding onboarding requirements and engaging with internal Business Partners. Maintain accurate employee records, including electronic employee files, ensuring data is kept up to date on electronic drives, trackers, and systems. Invoice management for People & Development team. Provide administrative support in the delivery of people and cultural initiatives, including learning, employee benefits, health, and wellbeing. Support employees by acting as first point of contact for basic policy, benefits, and entitlement queries. What You Bring To The Role Minimum 3 years working in an HR support role in a corporate environment. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) and a knack for data analysis. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and a focus on outcomes. Ability to operate comfortably at a fast pace, work to tight deadlines, and juggle competing priorities. High level of customer centricity. Degree in HR related field (essential).
