What you’ll be doing in this role?
As an Early Childhood Coordinator, you will support children under 6 with developmental delays or children under 9 with disabilities and their families. You will work within a diverse team of health and early childhood professionals, implementing the NDIS Early Childhood Approach to facilitate developmental progress and support family needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing information and linkages to mainstream and community supports
* Facilitating early connections and supports
* Assisting families to access the NDIS and develop their NDIS plans
* Supporting plan implementation to meet individual needs and circumstances
What we’re looking for:
* Qualification in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Social Work, or Early Childhood Education/Teaching)
* AHPRA registration if applicable
* Current Working with Children Check or VIT Registration
* NDIS Workers Screening Check (can be obtained during application)
* Ability to travel across service areas
