IT Support Specialist Role
We are seeking an experienced IT support specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity involves managing IT infrastructure, providing second and third-level support for customer systems, and collaborating with internal teams and clients.
About the Role:
* Provide high-quality support across various systems, including Windows Server, Exchange, VMware, and networking infrastructure
* Work closely with customers to ensure their systems run smoothly and efficiently
Requirements:
* Solid hands-on experience in IT support and system administration
* Extensive experience with Windows Server, 365, Active Directory, and Exchange
* Hands-on experience with VMware and virtualisation technologies
* Expertise in backup and DR solutions (e.g. StorageCraft)
* Knowledge of Citrix XenApp, VPN, and networking (routers, firewalls)
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving.
