Export Documentation and Customer Service Assistant
Regional Workforce Management – Beresfield NSW
About the Role
Our client is seeking an Export Documentation & Customer Service Assistant in Beresfield. In this role you will manage export documentation, coordinate export sales orders, and support customer service to ensure accurate, compliant, and on-time delivery.
Annual Salary: $68,000-$72,000 + superannuation
Location: Beresfield, NSW (relocating to Rutherford in 2027)
Employment type: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Roles & Responsibilities
* Process and manage export sales orders using the ERP system
* Prepare and coordinate export documentation including health and trade certificates
* Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, and overseas stakeholders
* Track and record logistics and export activity to ensure compliance
* Support reporting of export customer complaints and non-conformances
About You
* Previous experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Confident using ERP systems and Microsoft Office
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
