What's the role?

This role will be a key member of the Project Management team, responsible for leading multiple large-scale projects and ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while creating an effortless experience for the customer.
You are an experienced Project Manager, used to juggling multiple projects, timelines, and budgets. You have a detailed understanding of what's going on with each of your projects and are always thinking "what's the impact, what's the solution, how would the customer feel?"
As a senior member of the Project Management team, you also line manage, coach, and support other members of the team, sharing your experience and helping them to excel in their roles. You are a go-to person within the team, role-modelling exceptional customer experience and better ways we could be working.
Think of yourself as
* A meticulous planner: able to bring together everything that needs to be done in one clear plan for everyone to follow.
* Commercially focussed: able to develop budgets and manage these, to ensure the best possible result for the client and NKD.
* A connector and guide to others: able to work with multiple stakeholders and bring them together to deliver their part to deliver the project, supporting the team to find solutions and share best practises.
