We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Front Desk Coordinator.

This position involves greeting visitors, managing correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining filing systems, company records, and assisting with travel bookings, appointments, and calendars.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.


Responsibilities
