The Agency Account Coordinator plays a critical role in the success of our client's advertising campaigns.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Agency Account Coordinator.
The successful candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Support of Sales Director throughout sales process:
* Building Proposal Decks & Media Schedules
* Inventory management and availability reporting
* Generation of data & insights reports from relevant platforms
* Generation of contracts and campaigns through internal booking system
* Management of client artwork delivery
* Mid & Post campaign support - delivery of Proof of Posting, Post Campaign Reports etc.
About this Role:
This role requires a minimum 3 years' experience in administration (marketing/media/advertising experience favourable) and a strong understanding of media sales.
As an Agency Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure brief requirements are met and campaigns are delivered successfully.
You will also be expected to manage client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain accurate records and reports.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
A minimum 3 years' experience in administration
Strong understanding of media sales
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in CRM, Project Systems and Microsoft Office & Outlook Suite
