Hours are:
Monday to Friday
9am-6pm.
As a Fish Filleter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of seafood products for our customers.
Serving Customers on the counter with a smile and a great attitude
Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently and accurately fillet a variety of fish, adhering to quality and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**:
Fillet a variety of fish species according to company standards and customer requirements.
Use sharp knives and other cutting tools to remove bones, skin, and other unwanted parts from the fish.
Ensure precision and accuracy in filleting to minimize waste and maximize yield.
Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure hygiene and food safety standards are met.
Monitor and inspect fish for quality, freshness, and any signs of spoilage.
Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience as a Fish Filleter or in a similar seafood processing role is highly desirable. Chef/Knife Hand experience
Excellent knife handling skills and the ability to fillet fish accurately and efficiently.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, including proper handling of seafood products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Physical stamina and dexterity to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures and follow instructions from supervisors.
We have a NO drug and alcohol policy, with pre employment testing and random testing.

**Salary**: $25.50 - $30.26 per hour
