Responsibilities Engagement with internal stakeholders to elicit business-, system-, and operational requirements.
Analysis of current state processes and mapping of future state processes and associated models.
Liaise with vendors and development teams on project progress, problem resolution and solution design.
Understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
Process flow analysis Data models and configurations documentation.
Analyse interface requirements and document interface mappings Must Have5+ years' experience as technical business analyst.
Experience with documenting technical process flows.
Experience with data mapping and data translation from one system to another.
Confident with SQL to query databases and message formats like XML, FIX and JSON.
Experience in unit/system and integration testing.
Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models and technologies.
Engage with functional business analysts, designers and front-end engineers, and collaborate with back-end engineers to create technical requirements.
Work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to look at the big picture and at the same time dive into the details.
Effective problem-solving skills, adaptability within a dynamic environment.
Effective communication, facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across seniority levels.
