Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced design professional to join our team in creating concept plans for new restaurants and reinvestment projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting innovative architectural designs that meet operational standards and design specifications.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supporting the National Design Manager and Regional Teams in producing concept plans that align with platform minimums, operational standards, and design specifications
* Integrating relevant planning and construction codes, Australian Standards, and regulations into design concepts
* Coordinating the preparation and maintenance of National Architectural and Services Drawings in collaboration with external lead consultants
* Working with internal and external stakeholders to develop architectural and interior design solutions for new and existing restaurants
Requirements:
* A degree in Architecture (registration with the board is preferred)
* Minimum 3 years' experience in the design of Class 6 buildings
* Proficient in National / State building codes & Australian Standards
* Experience in quick service or retail design, with a focus on site planning and customer journey
