 
        
        About the Role
As a vital member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for undertaking specialist functions within Registry and coordinating a wide range of tasks in relation to case management, court file maintenance, providing support to chambers, monitoring and responding to incoming correspondence, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
 * Performing legal, administrative, and quasi-judicial functions under supervision which contribute to day-to-day operations of Registry.
 * Coordinating case management tasks including filing, listing, and processing of proceedings before the Court, authentication and processing of orders, and entering outcomes ensuring that the Court's electronic case management systems are maintained and up-to-date at all times.
 * Communicating effectively on behalf of the Registry with members of judiciary, other court registries, chambers, and other legal staff, media, public, and profession.
 * Providing information and authoritative advice on court procedures, practices, and protocols to all court users.
 * Assessing written correspondence from internal and external stakeholders and either reply, process, or forward this correspondence where appropriate.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to confidently and accurately convey information over the telephone, in writing, and in person to stakeholders such as self-represented litigants, members of legal profession, public, and chambers.
You will also be a team player, someone who can work cohesively and collaboratively within a team. Experience in a court, tribunal, or other legal environment is highly desirable.
