Retail Property Manager, Toowoomba, permanent, c$early 100s (depending on experience) + super + performance bonus.
Fantastic opportunity to gain a foot in the door within a leading property landlord who own and manage a portfolio of Shopping Centres. They have a reputation for fostering a great culture, team ethic, training, and career development.
You will ideally have prior retail, building or commercial property management experience and we are also considering other related industries as a gateway role into the property management field.
Working closely with the head office support team, with two direct reports you will be directly responsible for a small shopping centre portfolios functions and operations. The key elements of this role are leading, developing, and managing people, planning, and prioritising, administration, and delegation, managing finances and resources.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Stakeholder management
- Maximise income including management fees and leasing fees.
- Setting and implementing the business plan
- Tenant and contractor relationships
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Contracts and lease management
- Staff management / leadership
- Coaching/mentoring
- Strategic planning
- Operations and maintenance
- Financials including budget management.
- Community engagement
Along with your customer centric approach, you will have strong demonstrable people and financial management skills.
**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:
- Property management: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)
