About the role
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and professional Above Award Armed Security Officer to join our team full-time in Sydney. This dynamic role involves working in a 4x4 Rotating Roster (Monday-Sunday) and across a range of sensitive environments, including schools, aged care facilities, and high-security locations.
Licenses/Certifications:
* Current Security Licence - 1AFH (Required)
* Current Firearms accreditation
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Current CPR Certificate
* Current Working with Children Check
* Police Check (Less than 3-4 months old)
Key Responsibilities
* Provide armed security services at critical infrastructure, educational, and aged care facilities
* Conduct foot patrols and maintain a safe, secure environment
* Deter suspicious or unlawful activity through high-visibility presence
* Respond to incidents and escalate issues professionally and appropriately
* Provide concise and accurate reports to management
* Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and members of the public
* Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and conduct
* Work flexibly on a rotating roster (Monday to Sunday)
* To be available to work on a 4x4 rotating roster (Monday to Sunday)
