Relocation
* Relocation to the Northern Territory is required; the position is locally based in Gove, Nhulunbuy on a residential 5:2 roster.

Responsibilities
* Supervise the work crew, ensuring employees are trained and held accountable for their tasks.
* Ensure all servicing and maintenance work complies with Company Management Systems, statutory obligations, standard work procedures, and risk assessments.
* Evaluate and scope work requests in a timely manner prior to approval for the work‐management planning process.
* Participate in weekly pre‐planning, planning and scheduling meetings to align and commit resources to the work schedule.
* Ensure safe execution of maintenance work according to the signed schedule.
* Plan and execute unplanned work, re‐scheduling existing work orders as required.
* Review work execution performance with team members, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
* Manage and review events, ensuring escalation protocols are complied with.
* Contribute to the development of maintenance work strategies.
* Close completed work orders to ensure end‐to‐end process compliance.
Qualifications
* Facilities maintenance experience.
* Trade‐relevant qualification and equivalent organizational experience.
* Experience in troubleshooting with proven ability to assess risk factors.
* Superior technical knowledge, including a broad understanding of operational and maintenance requirements.
* Well‐developed communication and interpersonal skills and a strong desire to foster a team‐oriented approach.
* Builder licences and/or electrical nominee licences are desirable.
