Randstad is currently seeking several experienced Engagement Administrator APS4 to join a high-performing federal government team.

Labour Hire | Brisbane, QLD | 12 months

Position description

* Provide administrative and operational support across a nationally dispersed team
* Support the planning, coordination and delivery of events, seminars and engagement activities
* Assist with event logistics including venues, registrations, suppliers and scheduling
* Coordinate purchasing, procurement and financial administration activities
* Support stakeholder engagement and communication activities
* Assist with preparation and distribution of marketing, promotional and educational materials
* Maintain records, documentation and administrative systems
* Provide support for meetings, presentations and reporting requirements
* Coordinate distribution of communication and engagement materials through physical and digital channels
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support program delivery
* Support website content updates and stakeholder correspondence
* Assist with sponsorship and partnership administration activities
* Ensure work is completed in accordance with policies, procedures and security requirements
* Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive and safety-focused workplace culture

Position Requirements / Qualification

* Must be an Australian citizen or a permanent resident
* Police check is required for this position
