Job Title: Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to spearhead daily production and logistics operations at our nursery site. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in horticulture, agriculture, or related fields, or significant experience in bulk logistics or warehouse management.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily production activities and ensure timely assembly of customer orders
* Lead the team to achieve production targets through effective equipment organization, staff supervision, and on-the-job training as required
* Maintain quality and safety standards across operations, ensuring seamless stock movement, order flow, and dispatch coordination
* Monitor and manage accurate inventory records, contributing to quality accreditation
* Liaise with managers, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues efficiently and maintain positive relationships
Requirements:
* Degree or Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field (preferred but not essential)
* Proven track record in leadership, team management, and organizational planning
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
