Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.NHW's Thomas Hogan Rehabilitation Centre runs comprehensive rehabilitation and Geriatric Evaluation and Management specialised services, focusing on optimising peoples independence in daily activities following a change in function as a result of disability or medical condition.NHW are seeking Registered Nurses to join the Rehabilitation Nursing Team, working within a multidisciplinary team environment to lead and deliver excellent rehabilitation care, enhancing recovery so that patients can return home as soon as possible.Applicants must have current registration, excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to relate to patients, family members and other health care providers.
Current acute or sub-acute experience is desirable.
