About Your New Role
Leading a team of three and ensuring timely and efficient execution, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
* Overseeing estimating activities
* Coordinating multiple estimates simultaneously and defining areas of responsibility
* Undertaking accurate quantity take-offs and producing bills of quantities
* Review and approve final estimates
* Work closely with the Purchasing department on custom pricing
* Identifying process improvements for the estimating process
* Team leadership and point of contact for complex take-offs
About you:
* Previous experience as an Estimator within construction, landscaping or a similar field
* Proven ability to interpret complex drawings
* Various stakeholder management experience, both internal and external
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* System savvy
