Your Role & Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive, patient-centred care to clients requiring haemodialysis and/or peritoneal dialysis.
* Manage the care of patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).
* Conduct patient assessments, monitoring, and health education.
* Operate and maintain dialysis equipment safely and effectively.
* Collaborate with the wider healthcare team, including Nephrologists, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
About You:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Demonstrated clinical experience and expertise in a Renal/Dialysis setting.
* A postgraduate qualification in Renal/Nephrology nursing (highly desirable).
