About the RoleAs a Key Account Manager at Karista, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of NDIS & HCP providers. You’ll drive growth, ensure service excellence, and build strong, lasting relationships. From onboarding new providers to renewing service agreements and identifying opportunities for expansion, you’ll play a critical role in helping our partners deliver high-quality care.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow key provider accounts, ensuring targets are exceededDevelop tailored account management plans and lead quarterly performance reviewsCollaborate with internal teams to promote provider services and capacitySupport and indirectly lead a team of Customer Service SpecialistsUse AI tools and Salesforce to track, report, and optimise service deliveryConduct business development activities and follow up on stakeholder engagementsContribute to strategic projects that expand Karista’s national footprint
Key Skills & QualificationsQualifications in healthcare, NDIS or Aged Care (desirable)Experience in account management, sales, or customer service (NDIS, aged care or Health preferred)Proven track record of Key Account Management, sales conversion and sustainable growthStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategiesComfortable with AI tools and digital platformsStrong interpersonal skills—builds trust, collaborates effectively, and communicates with empathyDemonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environmentValid Police CheckEligible to participate in Karista’s Incentive Program
